It seems impossible when we’re all chronically online and therefore, stifled by comparison, curated narratives around success and an influx of opinions on who and what we should be. On top of that, we desire to make friends and be a part of a sisterhood IN REAL LIFE.

With teens and young adults, Jada explores the Confidence Origins™ during a high-energy, interactive keynote. Through captivating personal stories from her journey as Miss South Carolina and a childhood spent in Tae Kwon Do, Jada transforms the idea of confidence into a practical tool anyone can use.

Sisterhood is not always the easiest thing to navigate. As a woman who competed in pageants, a member of an NPHC sorority, a team member on a female candidate’s US Senate campaign and the founder of a girls mentoring organization and community, Jada has experienced it all (or at least that’s what it feels like!).

By leading with vulnerability, Jada covers three main topics that shift the way young women approach the idea of sisterhood.
1. Confidence In Your Contribution – explores individuality. Recognizing our own talents, expressing our capacity and confronting our own ‘oops’ moments creates space for all of us to show up more sure.
2. Collaboration Over Competition – deep dives into the “why” of working together. Community requires unity – in spite of our differences. When we have diverse perspectives, we have more creative and inclusive solutions.
3. Collective Action Drives Change – surveys the action behind working together. When united, girls and women have the power to influence school or campus culture, advance communities and make a difference!
This keynote will inspire a new sense of community amongst women in all age groups. Students will learn to value sisterhood for years to come.
